2. Maintain a healthy lifestyle such as regular work and rest, exercise, drinking more water, healthy diet, and a good attitude.
3. Open windows regularly for ventilation at home and in the workplace. Do a good job in daily hygiene of the home.
4. Before going on a business trip or traveling, pay attention to the epidemic situation at the destination and make travel plans.
5. When taking public transportation such as airplanes, high-speed rails, trains, and air-conditioned buses, you should wear a mask and clean your hands at all times.
2. Code of Conduct for Epidemic Prevention for Key Populations such as the Elderly and Children
6. People at high risk of severe illness, such as the elderly aged 60 and above, people with serious underlying diseases and people with low immunity, should complete the full course of vaccination and strengthen immunization as soon as possible to reduce the risk of severe illness.
7. During the epidemic period, the elderly, patients with chronic basic diseases, pregnant women, children and the disabled should try to avoid going to crowded public places. If they really need to go, they should wear masks at all times.
8. During the epidemic period, it is not recommended for people with weak immunity such as the elderly, pregnant women, and children to travel long distances.
9. If the elderly, patients with chronic underlying diseases, pregnant women, children and other people develop symptoms such as fever or respiratory infection, they should carry out antigen or nucleic acid testing in a timely manner.
